Journaling is a great way to organize your thoughts and emotions. It can help you reduce stress, improve your memory, help you achieve your goals, and even boost your emotional intelligence. Most people aren't sure how to "journal" or what "journaling" really means, so this 30-Day Challenge takes out all the guessing.

Every day for 30 days, all you need to do is commit to 5-10mins of your time to put your thoughts on paper. I encourage you to write pen to paper and not type out your journal entries because science has proven that your brain is more engaged and focused and has better comprehension when you write it out. Are you ready? There is one journal prompt for every day. If you miss a day, you can either do two that day or just extend the 30 days.
