Give the Gift of Growth This Year!
I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. For everyone who holds out to decorate and shop for Christmas till after Thanksgiving, happy Christmas season!
A few weeks back, I shared a roundup of gifts, spotlighting some of my favorite products from the year. Today, I'm switching gears to share a different kind of treasure – my favorite books!
Books, in my opinion, make for the perfect gift, especially when faced with finding something special for the "person who has everything." We all have those individuals on our gift list, right?
I love asking for books for Christmas so that I don’t have to buy them throughout the year. When I listen to podcasts or read books, they usually reference other books, so I keep a “list” on my Amazon App of what books I want to read and when Christmas comes round, I have ideas for people.
All of my book suggestions will be non-fiction, I apologize in advance, but I don’t read fiction books. Also, I have linked the books to Amazon for easy ordering!
Build Discipline: My all-time favorite book is Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins, if you are looking for a motivational book to help you build discipline, this is the book for you! click here

If you want learn more about how what you eat affects the diseases you currently have and can help you prevent disease, I would encourage you to read Eat to Beat Disease by Dr. William W Li. The first section is very scientific but stick with it, I promise you it’s worth it. Click here.
You Need to Create Boundaries: The more I talk to people about how they are feeling and what they want out of life the clearer it is to me that people struggle with boundaries and believe they “have to do” things to keep the peace, while creating a storm inside themselves. If you struggle with boundaries please read, The Book of Boundaries by Melissa Urban. Click Here.
